Terminoo

Right of withdrawal

Version 1.0.0 · Last updated 18 September 2026

The German text of this page is the binding one. The other language versions are provided so you can read it in a language you understand.

1. Which agreement this is about

This notice concerns the agreement between you and Fadi Zgheib about using Terminoo — the agreement set out in the terms of use. That agreement costs you nothing.

It is not about anything you buy. Terminoo Plus and the letter pack are bought from Apple or Google, and the purchase contract is with them, not with us. Their own withdrawal and refund terms apply to it, and you exercise those rights through your app store account. Nothing on this page changes them.

2. Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fadi Zgheib, Schiersteinerstr. 90, 65187 Wiesbaden, Germany, contact@fadi-zg.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In practice there is nothing to reimburse: this agreement obliges you to pay nothing, and we receive no payment from you under it. The paragraph above is the statutory wording and is reproduced in full rather than edited, because an altered notice is no longer the statutory one.

3. When the right ends early

Terminoo is a digital service supplied without a physical medium, and this agreement does not oblige you to pay anything.

For an agreement of that kind, § 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB) provides that the right of withdrawal ends as soon as we begin performing — in practice, the first time a letter is explained for you. Because you owe no payment under this agreement, that happens on its own: no separate consent from you is required, and no confirmation is asked of you.

Until a letter has been explained for you, the right stands for the full fourteen days.

4. Model withdrawal form

You may use this form, but you do not have to. Any unequivocal statement will do.
